Mankato, Minn. – Minnesota State University, Mankato’s Colleges of Allied Health & Nursing and Science, Engineering & Technology are holding a day-long Health & Biomedical Sciences Summit on March 28 at Minnesota State Mankato that addresses how partnerships can help build healthier communities. Mayo Clinic Health System is the presenting sponsor of the event.
The Health & Biomedical Sciences Summit, titled “Building a Healthy Community: Innovating Through Partnerships,” is from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. March 28 and is open to the public. Continuing education units will be available for all attendees.

The day’s events will feature speakers and panelists from Minnesota State Mankato, Mayo Clinic Health System and Medtronic as well as other corporations and non-profit organizations.
The event will be held in Minnesota State Mankato’s Centennial Student Union and Clinical Sciences Building. The day will includes tours of classrooms and labs, lunch and an afternoon networking social.
