Sophomore Katie Moeller made it to the $8,000 question on Tuesday's episode of "College Week" on "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire."

She continues as a holdover contestant on today's (Wednesday's) show (KARE-11 TV, NBC, 4 p.m.).  She starts the show looking at the $16,000 question and will have all three lifelines left to help her make her way to the million-dollar question.

Here's a sneak peek at her $16,000 question today: "In 1998, Intel replaced Westinghouse as sponsor of a famous high school competition in what field? A) Music; B) Science; C) Creative writing; D) Geography." The answer is "B," but no one connected with the show can reveal whether she answered correctly.

Moeller, from New Ulm, is the daughter of Ann and Bill Moeller of New Ulm. She is a 2004 graduate of Cathedral High School in New Ulm. At Minnesota State Mankato she is pursuing a bachelor of fine arts degree in musical theater.

Moeller and several other students taped episodes of "College Week" on Jan. 12, 2006, at the "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire - PLAY IT!" attraction at the Disney-MGM Studios, Walt Disney World Resort, Florida. Moeller and other participating students were treated to an "early spring break" with an all-expense paid trip to Florida and access to the various theme parks.

Contestants for the nationally syndicated show were chosen from across the country. The contestants, the show's producers and employees of the production company are prohibited from revealing the results of each episode until it airs.
