Student Leadership Development and Service Learning is coordinating student volunteers to help with tornado cleanup in Le Center, Minn., on Saturday, Sept. 2, and Sunday, Sept. 3.
All students are welcome to join other volunteers and lend a helping hand. Volunteer shifts for both Saturday and Sunday will be from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Transportation will be provided; student volunteers will meet at and leave from Lot 11 (behind the CSU).
Interested students may call the Student Leadership Development and Service Learning office (389-6067) to sign up. Volunteers are asked to wear long-sleeve shirts, jeans that can get dirty, and closed-toe shoes. The Salvation Army will provide food for all volunteers.
