Fully equipped multimedia production studio (including support!) for faculty to take the next step
2008-03-03
It's time for your courses to come to life in your students' minds like you've always dreamed it could. Is video the missing element? Take the next step by visiting the TNT.
Faculty and staff can create audio or video clips or full-blown presentations using the Production Studio in MSU’s Technology and Teaching Center.
- Self-service video production: Develop media for online or hybrid courses, departmental training or promotions, and related projects using the professional touch panel controlled video system or a simple web cam mounted on a computer.
- PC and Mac work stations with specialized software are available for creating, editing and converting tape-based media to DVD, CD or web streaming.
- Closed captioning may be incorporated into new and some older materials.
- Slides may be converted to CDs for use in classrooms, web/online learning modules and for MSU departmental websites or projects. Scanning is done by request as time allows by ITS student workers.
- Regularly scheduled workshops and individual appointments are available for faculty and staff to become familiar with whatever you need to begin your projects.
