Please share the information with individuals in your classes and offices that may not have access to campus electronic mail systems. On September 9, 2009 Security and the Mankato Police Department responded to a report of a sexual assault that took place in an MSU residence hall. The victim reported that she was speaking with a casual male acquaintance in an academic building. The suspect tricked the victim into going to his residence hall room where the sexual assault took place. At this time, the suspect has not been identified. He is described as a black male, approximately 5’6”, 160lbs, short hair, wearing a brown striped shirt and blue jeans.
