Mozart, de Falla, Franck concert is Sept. 21

An evening of music by W.A. Mozart, Manuel de Falla and Cesar Franck, featuring classical musicians Brenda Brenner and Kenneth Huber, will be presented Monday, Sept. 21, as part of the Nadine B. Andreas Artists in Residence program.

An evening of music by W.A. Mozart, Manuel de Falla and Cesar Franck, featuring classical musicians Brenda Brenner and Kenneth Huber, will be presented Monday, Sept. 21, as part of the Nadine B. Andreas Artists in Residence program.

The performance, sponsored by the Department of Music, will be at 7:30 p.m. in Halling Recital Hall of the Performing Arts Center.

Brenda Brenner is assistant director of the Indiana University String Academy, a position she has held since 1993. During her tenure at the Eastman School of Music, she was a member of the award-winning Augustine Quartet.

Ken Huber performs throughout the United States, with frequent appearances in New York City. He often collaborates with opera singers from the Metropolitan, New York and Vienna State Opera Companies.

General admission to the Andreas concert is $12, and tickets for students with a valid MavCard are $9.
