'Eggstravaganza' to demonstrate laws of physics April 27

Minnesota State Mankato Physics & Astronomy faculty and staff members will “eggaustively eggamine eggciting physics” during the university’s annual Physics Show “Eggstravaganza” Tuesday, April 27.

The crowd-pleasing free show, from 7-8 p.m. in Trafton Science Center C-121, will include entertaining demonstrations that illustrate the laws of physics. This year’s show will feature eggs as learning tools.

The annual Physics & Astronomy show is intended to show sound, light, magnetism and other real life phenomena. It is open to students, faculty, staff and the public, and parents are encouraged to bring their children.

Free parking will be available after 6:30 p.m. in Lot 20 at the corner of Warren Street and Stadium Road, or on other campus lots.
