KEYC-TV’s Joel Runck spoke to Rick Straka, vice president of finance and administration at Minnesota State University, Mankato, about how a proposed bonding bill working its way through the Minnesota legislative session would impact Minnesota State Mankato.
One major benefit of the proposed funding for Minnesota State Mankato is that $2 million would be available for designing a new clinical science building on campus, said Straka.
