April 15: Construction Management Showcase

Event includes demonstrations on crane operations, fall protection, tools and more.

Mankato, Minn. – The Construction Management Program at Minnesota State University, Mankato is holding a Construction Management Showcase from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, April 15 at Minnesota State University, Mankato’s Gage towers.

The event is free and open to the public. Free brats and hamburgers will be provided for lunch.

As part of the showcase, a number of sponsors are providing demonstrations and instruction.

Kiewit Energy Group is bringing a crane to campus and providing some instruction in hands-on crane operations. White Cap Construction Supply will be demonstrating fall protection devices and construction tools. Makita Industrial Power Tools and Cherne Contraction Corporation, a mechanical contractor, will also provide instruction.
