'Big Spring Concert' Announcement Set
IMPACT will announce on March 18 the pop music artist who is coming to campus to perform later this spring.

Mankato, Minn. -- IMPACT, a student programming board of Minnesota State University, Mankato's Centennial Student Union, will announce on Tuesday, March 18 the pop singer-songwriter it is bringing to campus for the "Big Spring Concert" later this spring.
The performer will be announced at noon March 18 in the Centennial Student Union's Hearth Lounge. Students, faculty and staff are invited to attend the announcement.
Radio Mankato will provide the master of ceremonies for the March 18 event, and a student disc jockey, Ralph Weber, will mix the spring concert artist's music as well as other top 40 hits from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Hearth Lounge on the day of the announcement.
IMPACT (Innovative Memorable Programming Achieving Campus Togetherness) is the sponsor of the "Big Spring Concert."
IMPACT, which is advised by staff in the Centennial Student Union's Student Activities Office, plans events funded through student activity fees. IMPACT’s vision is to cultivate student engagement through intentional programming and activities that promote student learning and retention.
