April 2: Bell Tower Lit Up Blue for World Autism Awareness Day

Mankato, Minn. – Minnesota State University, Mankato’s Department of Special Education will participate in World Autism Awareness Day on Wednesday, April 2 by illuminating the bell tower on campus with blue lights all day while also handing out flyers on campus to raise awareness for Autism Awareness Month, which is held annually in April.

Faculty members and students in Minnesota State Mankato’s Department of Special Education, which is part of the university’s College of Education, will be wearing blue shirts and clothing on Wednesday in honor of World Autism Awareness Day.
