Your University Email Service Has Changed!
Here's what you need to know to successfully complete the transition to Office 365.
Over the summer, the University transitioned into Microsoft Cloud-based productivity suite, Office 365. As part of the conversion, ITS would like to make you aware of the support resources available to help you ease into Office 365.
In addition to the new online tools provided by Office 365 such as Word Online, Excel Online and PowerPoint Online, MavMAIL has a new user interface. While the service will look a little different, you will gain access to 50 GB of storage for your email account, and 1 TB of personal storage in the Cloud with OneDrive.

ITS invites faculty, staff and administrators to participate in informative training sessions designed to help you understand the Office 365 environment. Information will be provided on the new interface, new features and where to find resources. No registration is required to participate.
Drop-In sessions are also available, giving you the chance to ask questions and learn from the experts. All Drop-in sessions are held in the Center for Excellence and Innovation in the basement of Memorial Library. Please check the training calendar for a complete list of sessions, all of which require no registration.
As students, staff and faculty return to campus, ITS will be in "all hands on deck" mode. Our entire staff is prepared to assist you in easing into Office 365.
