Timberwolves 'Dunks After Dark' Tickets Available Thursday
Free tickets are available beginning at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 25. Free t-shirts will be on seat backs at the event.

Mankato, Minn. -- Free tickets for the Minnesota Timberwolves "Dunks After Dark" Event on Monday, Sept. 29 at Minnesota State University, Mankato will be available for pick-up on Thursday, Sept. 25 by the general public and campus community at two campus locations and at two U.S. Bank locations in Mankato.
Beginning at 11 a.m. Thursday, anyone may pick up free tickets on a first-come, first-serve basis in the Bresnan Arena concourse area in the Taylor Center, the main floor lobby area of Centennial Student Union. Tickets will also be distributed at the U.S. Bank locations at 115 East Hickory Street and 312 Raintree Road in Mankato.
Beginning Friday, remaining tickets can be picked up at the Minnesota State Mankato Department of Intercollegiate Athletics office (135 Myers Field House). For more information, call 507-389-6111.
Doors for the "Dunks After Dark" Event will open to the public at 11 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 29 with the Wolves expected to take the floor shortly after midnight. Seating for the general public is general admission, and fans are encouraged to arrive to the event early for best possible seating.
Free event t-shirts will be placed on seat backs in the arena, and free roster cards will be distributed to fans as they enter the arena. Concession stands will be open during the event.
Modeled after a traditional collegiate “Midnight Madness,” the Wolves’ "Dunks After Dark" event will be free and open to the public, featuring over an hour of Wolves entertainment, headlined by a scrimmage and a dunk contest involving Wolves’ rookies Andrew Wiggins and Zach LaVine. NBA TV will be on hand to provide live coverage throughout the night. Media availability will follow the conclusion of the event.
