Family/Guest Fees

First Orientation Guest:  $50.00 (Does NOT include family/guest housing)

The first Guest Orientation fee includes:

• One family packet
• Program materials, programming, and staffing
• One breakfast, lunch, and dinner

 

Additional Orientation Guests: $25.00/additional guest

The additional Guest Orientation fee includes:

• One breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Program staffing
• Family and guests share the family packet

 

On Campus Family/Guest Housing (optional):

• $44.00  (Room includes two twin beds, linens, and unlocked shared bathroom)
  • Family/guest housing is NOT included in the Family Orientation Fee. Family/guests who would like to stay on campus must indicate that intent during the orientation reservation process.
  • Families who reserve a space on campus will share an unlocked bathroom suite with another family. A television and phone are not provided in the room.
  • Only registered family/guests may request on campus housing accommodations.

Family/Guesting Housing Notes:

• Partners, family members, and guests who would like to room together only need to register for one room.
• Early arrival housing is ONLY available to students. It is not available to family/guests.
• There are a limited number of family housing spaces available. Please check out the various hotel/motel options in the Mankato area for your Orientation stay.

 

Reservation Cancellation Policy: Orientation reservations may be cancelled online or by phone (507-389-5498) until five (5) business days prior to your scheduled orientation session date.  Students will receive a partial refund of 50% and family members will receive a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted at least five (5) business days prior to your scheduled session date.  Those who do not give five business days’ notice, or do not show up, will be charged the entire program fee.
