Summer Orientation Program Fees (Two Day Program)

Student Orientation Fee: $80.00

The Student Summer Orientation fee includes:

• Lodging on campus
• Program materials, programming, and staffing
• One breakfast, lunch, and dinner

 

Student Housing: All students are encouraged to stay on campus during the orientation program. Students will be assigned a roommate for the night when they arrive at orientation. Each room will share a bathroom suite with another room. Students should bring their own bedding and towels. The cost of student housing is included in the student fee and is not adjustable for students who choose not to stay on campus.

 

Student Early Arrival Fee (optional): $ 20.00
If you are traveling long distance and would like to arrive the night before the program, you may add this to your registration information. The early arrival fee only covers the cost of one additional night (no meals) in the residence halls. Please note that this option is ONLY available for student housing, it is not available for family/guest housing.

 

The Student Orientation fee does not cover the cost of family/guests accompanying the student. Visit our Family Orientation and Resources page for information on family/guest fees at Summer Orientation.

 

Academic Year Orientation Program Fees (January and August)

Student Orientation Fee: $40.00

The Student  Orientation fee includes:

• Program materials, programming, and staffing
• One lunch

Please note that there is not a separate Family Orientation registration for academic year programs,  however family and guests are still welcome to attend.
 

 

 

Reservation Cancellation Policy: Orientation reservations may be cancelled online or by phone (507-389-5498) until five (5) business days prior to your scheduled orientation session date.  Students will receive a partial refund of 50% and family members will receive a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted at least five (5) business days prior to your scheduled session date.  Those who do not give five business days’ notice, or do not show up, will be charged the entire program fee.
