Daniel Sachau, Ph.D.
Dr. Sachau has a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Utah. Before coming to MSU, Dan worked with Frederick Herzberg and Associates. Dan is now Director of the OERG and a professor in MSU's Industrial/Organizational Psychology Graduate Program. Dan is the former Director of the I/O Program and Past President of Minnesota Professionals for Psychology in the Workplace. His consulting interests include employee engagement, customer satisfaction and organization development.
Lisa Perez, Ph.D.
Program Director, Industrial-Organizational Psychology M.A. Program
Dr. Perez received her Ph.D. at Bowling Green State University. Prior to joining the Faculty at Minnesota State University, Lisa was a Fellow of the National Research Council at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. Lisa's expertise is in employee health and well-being, work-life balance, stress management, and employee opinion surveys.
Kristie Campana, Ph.D.
Dr. Kristie Campana received a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational from University of Minnesota. Prior to joining the MNSU faculty, Kristie worked for MDA Leadership Consulting and Target Corporation. Kristie's primary expertise in consulting involves selection testing, survey construction, leadership development, and training.
Andi Lassiter, Ph.D.
Dr. Lassiter received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at George Mason University. Before moving to Mankato, Andi worked for the Army Research Institute, the United States Air Force, and Broward County School District. Andi's consulting interests include leadership development, team leaderships, competency modeling, performance appraisal, employee selection, and training.
