The Minnesota State Student Association has a contract with Hertz providing for two rental vehicles - a silver Toyota RAV4 and a red Toyota Corolla. These vehicles can be rented out "electronically" by MSU students. It is anticipated that the target audience for the venture are primarily those without vehicles, including a number of international students and students living in residence halls.
