Site Improvements Introduction

This section identifies a "Framework" to accommodate future campus growth that involves:

1. Campus land use precincts and building zones;
2. Campus gateways and arrival areas;
3. Vehicular circulation and parking; and
4. Open space and streetscape. These framework elements are described in Section 7.2 - 7.5. Sections 7.6 - 7.8 illustrate short-, mid- and long-term framework plans to guide future growth.
