In May 2017, President Davenport charged the Cabinet to engage in a three-month Online Learning Solutions and Models project, that if successful, would enable the University to expand the offering of 100% online undergraduate and graduate award programs to students traditionally not served by the University through location-based programs. In short, the President charged the Cabinet to be prepared to lead campus-wide discussions through consultation and shared governance. The draft proposed work plans provided a starting point for campus conversation.
