Distance Learning
1. Create an administrative structure and process for the development and enhancement of e-learning programs. Completed       Created the College of University Extended Education on July 1, 2008.
2. Develop and implement 3-5 distance learning programs. Completed       Created Online and Hybrid Programs such as Dental Hygiene, Manufacturing Engineering, Nursing and Nonprofit Leadership programs. Also, more than 50 courses have been taught by faculty members through the Online and Hybrid Programs.
3. Provide support and incentives for the development and enhancement of distance learning programs. Completed      

Continuing and Professional Education offers workshops, seminars, short courses and certificates to help practitioners better serve customers and clients. Training, D2L Tutorials, Workshops, Software Training (ITS) have been provided to students and faculty members through online services.

Strategic Priority fund has developed proposals for developments to apply for opportunities to build online courses.

4. Develop and implement a funding mechanism that provides incentives to colleges, departments, and programs involved in the development of e-learning Distance Education.   In-Progress     Ongoing
