Communiqué #4 to the Campus Community
from President Wilson G. Bradshaw, Search Committee Chair
The third meeting of the Presidential Search Committee was
held on Monday, October 8, 2001. The agenda for this working
meeting included the following:
- Discussion of parameters and process for the committee’s
initial screening of applicants’ and nominees’
dossiers.
- Discussion of the consultant’s institutional report
for candidates, which includes information gathered from
Dr. Ted Lewis’s on-campus forums.
- The Office of the Chancellor reports that applications
and nominations have begun arriving. Dossiers will be forwarded
for review by committee members in preparation for the next
meeting.
The committee's next meeting is scheduled for November 2,
2001, to be followed by "Communiqué #5."
