Graduate degree Programs
Disclaimer: The school psychology Psy.D. program has been approved by Minnesota State University, Mankato, and Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) system but one additional level of approval external to the institution is required before the program can begin and classes can be offered. Review and approval by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) is still pending. MSU Mankato and the psychology department are in the process of pursuing this approval and we are optimistic that approval will be obtained by the spring or summer of 2008. We are accepting applications and will provisionally admit students for anticipated enrollment in fall 2008, but applicants should know that the program is not fully approved at this time and should plan accordingly.
UPDATE: We anticipate knowing by mid-March whether the program will be fully approved by HLC but the official approval will likely not be signed until summer.
