Advisors can obtain audits for their advisees without utilizing the DARS Report screen in the student records system. They can use the MnSCU web system to obtain a list of their advisees giving selected information about those students. Included in that information is the ability to generate a copy of the students' academic record and a DARS audit. Both of these items are viewable on the screen, with the capability of being printed via the buttons at the end of each document.
Once logged into the web system take the Advisee option and choose enrolled--you may have to change the term to obtain an appropriate list. A chart similar to the following should appear.
The last link under the Additional Information area is used to produce a DARS audit that can be viewed and/or printed. This audit is based on the student's information on file and is the same as the audit produced by the student via the web.
