MnSCU Student Records System

The MnSCU Student Records System (ISRS) is the official repository of student and course data at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Virtually all departments and offices on campus have access to ISRS and use it to view and enter information daily. Because the system houses volumes of important data, there are security procedures governing access to it.

To obtain access to ISRS contact

Marcius Brock (Marcius.Brock@mnsu.edu) (389-1180)

He will work as the liason between you and MnSCU to secure the access you want.

Once you have access to the student records system, you will probably wish to print information (reports and the like). To have this happen you need to contact

William Scherer (William.Scherer@mnsu.edu) (389-6924)

He will set up a print queue for your printer so that it will be recognized by the MnSCU system. Often giving him the test page printed out from your printer will provide him with the necessary information to accomplish this.
