Viewing Grades on the Web

Students can view their grades for a term using the web. The location for viewing grades is the same as that for registering on the web: www.mnsu.edu/msureg

After you have logged in, with your Tech ID and PIN, take the Grades and Transcripts option on the left side of the screen. Then select Check Grades. Make sure that the proper term is selected and then press the Continue button. Your term grades should be visible and printable if you wish.

Items to note:

• Grades are not fully posted until one week after the end of a term. Summer term grades are not posted until both summer sessions are completed.
• The cumulative values shown when you use this option do not include transfer work.
• Contact the instructor of the course, if you have questions about particular grades or the lack thereof.

Students can also obtain a listing of all their Minnesota State University, Mankato courses, similar to an unofficial transcript. This is also done on the web system by taking the Grades and Transcripts option and choosing Academic Record. This document can also be printed using the button at the end of the listing.
