MnSCU Student Records System

The MnSCU Student Records System (ISRS) is the official repository of student and course data at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Virtually all departments and offices on campus have access to ISRS and use it to view and enter information daily. Because the system houses volumes of important data, there are security procedures governing access to it.

To obtain access to ISRS contact:

Marcius Brock (Marcius.Brock@mnsu.edu) (389-1180)

He will work as the liason between you and MnSCU to secure the access you want.

Once you have access to the student records system, you will probably wish to print information (reports and the like). To have this happen you need to contact:

MnSCU and fill out a help desk ticket. Make sure to include the IP address of the printer (found somewhere on the test or configuration page that you can print out on your printer).

They should send you back the name to use when printing information from ISRS.
