Midwest Student Exchange Program

If you are currently a resident of Nebraska, Missouri, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana or Kansas you can participate in the Midwest Student Exchange Program, which grants reduced out-of-state tuition rates at Minnesota State University, Mankato. To obtain the reduced out-of-state tuition, indicate the state of legal residence on the application and you will automatically receive the reduced rate.
