We also will be referring you to the National Student Clearinghouse when you need enrollment verifications because they provide a free Student Self-Service website, which enables students to perform enrollment verfications and more. The benefit from using this service is that it is secure and simple to use. They provide 24/7 access to enrollment verifications and you can print enrollment certificates on demand.
All car insurance verifications will continue to be processed in the Office of the Registrar because of the need to include the grade point average. Please bring your enrollment verification form (or you can complete a form that we can provide) to the Office of the Registrar. There is also an [PDF] online enrollment verification form (410 KiB) that you can print and bring in.
Be sure to sign, date, and fill in your social security number on the form.
Also include a stamped, addressed envelope.
Normal processing time for a verification form is one week.
We transmit enrollment information to the National Student Clearinghouse four times during fall and spring terms and three times for summer sessions. Enrollments are transmitted on approximately the 10th day of a term, mid-term, one other day between mid-term and the end of the term (fall and spring terms only), and about three weeks after the end of each term. Degrees are transmitted the first of each month. The National Student Clearinghouse needs approximately one week after each transmission to process the data before it is available for verifications.
