Welcome Week Barbeque

Parents, other family members, and friends are invited to purchase tickets for our Welcome Week Barbeque on Move-In Day (August 20)!
Tickets will also be available at the door on the day of the event for $8.00.
Children 5 and under are free!
You do NOT need to purchase a ticket to the Welcome Week Barbeque if you are:
- A student living in the Residence Halls in August 2009 and you have chosen the Maverick AnyTime, Maverick 14, or Maverick 160 meal plans
(bring your MavCard to the event)
- A first year student living in the residence halls and you have chosen the Maverick Flex Plan
(a ticket will be provided in your on-campus mailbox on August 20)
- A first year student living off campus and you have purchased a meal plan
(bring your MavCard to the event)
- A first year student living off campus
(a ticket will be available to you at the Student Activities Office)
- Any student living off campus and you have purchased a meal plan
(bring your MavCard to the event)
How To Get Your Tickets After Ordering Them Online
For friends and relatives of a student living on-campus this fall, your ticket will be delivered to the on-campus mailbox of the student you indicate below. Tickets not delivered to on-campus student mailboxes will be available in the Student Activities Office located in the Centennial Student Union on the day of the event.
