Late Check-Out Request

The residence communities close for End of Semester at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 10.

A request to stay in the residence communities after 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 10 may be granted by your Area Director and requires a documented, University-related reason. If you are taking part in graduation or you have scheduled a flight after May 10 and you would like to request a short extended stay, please submit your request online below. Beginning April 24 we will notify you by e-mail at the address you include in your application, if we have approved your request. If approved, the e-mail will also include check-out instructions and details of any costs you might incur.

If you need a late check-out for a reason not listed above, please include the details of your circumstances and your request will be evaluated. We will notify you of our decision by e-mail within four business days.
