A request to stay in the residence halls after 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 4 may be granted by your Area Director and requires a documented, University-related reason. If you are taking part in graduation or you have scheduled a flight after May 4 and you would like to request a short extended stay, please submit your request online below. You will be notified by email at the address you include in your application if we have approved your request. If approved, the email will also include check-out instructions and details of any costs you might incur. If you need a late check-out for a reason not listed above, please include the details of your circumstances and your request will be evaluated. We will notify you of our decision by email within four business days. If you'd like to stay on campus during summer session, housing is available if you are enrolled in a summer class.
