2011-2012 ONLINE Residence Hall Room Selection Schedule

 

 

Your current number of earned (completed) credits determines your class status for room selection. This number does not include credits or classes you are taking now. Find your current number of credits through E-services in your academic record under "Grades and Transcripts."

Freshman       0-29 credits

Sophomore    30-59 credits

Junior              60-89 credits

Senior             90 credits and above
 

Same Room Week

Noon Monday, October 18 – Midnight Sunday, October 24

Students currently living in the residence halls may choose their same room (based on eligibility) online beginning Monday, October 18 at noon. To sign up during this week, students must choose the room they live in currently.

Grad, Senior, and Junior Week

Noon Monday, October 25 – Midnight Sunday, October 31

Graduate students, seniors, and juniors currently living in the residence halls may choose any available room online beginning Monday, October 25 at noon. This entire week is reserved for graduate students, seniors, and juniors to make room choices. Students eligible to choose during this week may also choose a room during any of the remaining time periods.

Room selection changes can be made in the Residential Life Office, 111 Carkoski Commons.

Sophomore Week

Noon Monday, November 1 – Midnight Sunday, November 7

Sophomores currently living in the residence halls may choose any available room online beginning Monday, November 1 at noon. Students eligible to choose during this week may also choose a room during any of the remaining time periods.

Room selection changes can be made in the Residential Life Office, 111 Carkoski Commons.

Freshman Week

Noon Monday, November 8 – Midnight Sunday, November 14

Freshmen currently living in the residence halls may choose any available room online beginning Monday, November 8 at noon.

Room selection changes can be made in the Residential Life Office, 111 Carkoski Commons.

All Current Students

Noon Monday, November 15 – Midnight Friday, April 1

All students currently enrolled at Minnesota State Mankato may choose a room or semi-suite online beginning Monday, November 15 at noon.
