2009-2010 Residence Hall Room Selection Schedule DRAFT
Same Room Week
Monday, October 20 – Friday, October 24
Any student currently living in the residence halls may choose their same room or semi-suite beginning Monday, October 20 at 8:00 a.m. To sign up during this week, students must pick the room they live in currently.
Room changes will be allowed after Friday, November 14.
Grad, Senior, and Junior Week
Monday, October 27 – Friday, October 31
Graduate students, seniors, and juniors currently living in the residence halls may choose any available room or semi-suite beginning Monday, October 27 at 8:00 a.m. This entire week is reserved for graduate students, seniors, and juniors to choose their rooms. Students eligible to choose during this week may also choose a room during any of the remaining time periods.
Room changes will be allowed after Friday, November 14.
Sophomore Week
Monday, November 3 – Friday, November 7
Sophomores living on campus may choose any available space beginning Monday, November 3 at 8:00 a.m. Students eligible to choose during this week may also choose a room during any of the remaining time periods.
Room changes will be allowed after Friday, November 14.
Freshman Week
Monday, November 10 – Friday, November 14
Freshmen currently living on campus may choose any available room or semi-suite during this week based on the time determined by a lottery.
Freshmen interested in choosing a room during this week should visit the Residential Life Office Monday, October 20 - Friday, November 7 to participate in the lottery. Students will choose a number corresponding to the time period in which they may first sign up. There is no payment or obligation necessary to participate in the lottery. All Current Students
Monday, November 14 – Friday, April 3
All students currently enrolled at Minnesota State Mankato may choose a room or semi-suite beginning Monday, November 14 at 8:00 a.m.
