In July of 2012 our first team of Hall Directors began as we made an organizational shift to full-time Hall Director.
The creation of the eight new Hall Director positions has allowed our RL team to better meet the ever-changing needs of our students in their pursuit of academic and personal success, enhanced our ability to be collaborative residential education partners on campus, allowed us to better balance the 20-hour a week assistantship tightrope, and provided Area Directors both some relief in day-to-day functions and opportunities to realistically become more engaged in our campus and professional organizations.
