Graduate Academic Programming Coordinator Qualifications

Requirements
- Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree and appointments are contingent upon acceptance into a Graduate Degree Program at Minnesota State Mankato.
- Graduate assistants are required to enroll in at least six graduate credits per semester. (Note: some academic programs may not be the best fit for an assistantship)
Other Considerations
- Effective time management, self-management, and conflict resolution skillls.
- Applicant with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience with academic support initiatives and/or programming.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse working and learning environment.
- Applicants must demonstrate initiative and have experience assisting others.
- Knowledge of residence hall student issues, effective time management, and leadership experience are required.
