Margaret R. Preska Residence Community

New Fall 2012 - Our newest residence community provides housing for nearly 500 students in semi-suite and renovated style housing.  About Margaret R. Preska.

 

Adjacent to the McElroy Residence Community, the community has four halls: I, J, K, and L. All of the modern semi-suites in J, K, and L Halls have two bedrooms and a full, compartmentalized bathroom. Most of the semi-suites house four residents, and a limited number single semi-suites are available. Renovated rooms in I Hall offer traditional double rooms.

 

The main floor of this community includes classrooms, the Office of New Student and Family Programs (Formerly First Year Experience), and gathering spaces, with residential spaces on floors two, three, and four of J, K, and L Halls and floors one through four in I Hall. This community is adjacent to Carkoski Commons, providing indoor access to the Carkoski Dining Hall.
