Residential Life will be managing apartment-style housing in the Stadium Heights Residence Community. These seven buildings located two blocks from campus will have a modified Residential Life program. Each living area will include upholstered seating, coffee and end tables, full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, electric range, dishwasher, seating at breakfast counter OR table and chairs, and a full bathroom plus additional sink (most units).

Located on Stadium Road and Heron Drive, 2 blocks from the Minnesota State Mankato campus
A Stadium Heights parking permit is included in the apartment room charge.
Room numbers in the Stadium Heights Community have four digits and a letter.
The first digit corresponds with the BUILDING number:
701 Heron Drive: 0 _ _ _ _
711 Heron Drive: 1 _ _ _ _
721 Heron Drive: 2 _ _ _ _
etc. for 731, 741, 751, and 761.
The second, third, and fourth digits correspond with the APARTMENT number WITHIN THE BUILDING. The second digit also indicates the floor number. Each apartment building has 12 units:
_001_: First floor, apartment 001
_002_: First floor, apartment 002
_103_: Second floor, apartment 103
_204_: Third floor, apartment 204
The last letter indicates which BEDROOM within the apartment:
_ _ _ _ A: Bedroom A see apartment floor plans
_ _ _ _ B: Bedroom B see apartment floor plans
_ _ _ _ C: Bedroom C see apartment floor plans
So, for example: 4102B is:
