Interested In Moving In Early?
At this time I am seeking 20-30 additional volunteers from each of our four Residence Communities (Gage, McElroy, Crawford, and Julia A. Sears) to help with move crew.
Volunteers can either be new entering first-year students or returning residents.
Volunteers will help welcome new students moving in to the Residence Halls on August 20, 2009,
by helping in the unloading of vehicles and watching the mounds of belongings as family members
move and unload their vehicles. Specifically volunteers need to work one of two shifts
(7:45-11:45 AM ) or (11:30 AM-3:30 PM) outside their fall residence community.
As a Move Crew volunteer you will be eligible to check-in on Wednesday, August 19th from 9:00 AM-Noon. You will need to attend a brief training session Wednesday afternoon where you will also receive your "Stomper Move Crew" t-shirt and be provided pizza.
