There is no application deadline. Housing reservations will be accepted as long as there is space available.
A $250 prepayment is required to reserve housing for the 2009-2010 academic year. Your prepayment will be applied to your fall semester residence hall charges.
You may cancel your reservation in writing, online, or by email on or before December 11, 2009, and have $200 of the $250 prepayment refunded.
Applications sent in after December 11 are not eligible for any refund.
Reservations may be cancelled in writing, online, or by email until January 7, 2009. Cancellations are not accepted after January 7. $200 of the $250 prepayment is refundable if your cancellation is received (or postmarked) by December 11, 2009.

The first day students new to the residence halls may move in for spring semester is January 8, 2010.

Due to the number of cancellations we receive over the summer, information about your roommate will be available online on July 20, 2010. This allows us to provide you with the most accurate information about your roommate.
The first day new students may move into the residence halls is Thursday, August 19, 2010.
