If you park in the unloading zone in Lot 3, please do not leave your vehicle unattended until it is unloaded and moved away from the 30-minute unloading zone!
Move Crew will help unload your vehicle and they can help watch belongings when vehicles are moved away from the unloading zone.
Move Crew volunteers work until approximately 3:00 PM.
Check-in and Room Key Pickup
Students need to bring a picture ID to check in.
To check-in, enter the Gage lobby and follow the signs.
Shopping Carts and Flatbeds
A limited number of carts and flatbeds are available for check-out. Students or family members may check these out with an ID.
Loft and Refrigerator Rentals
Loft and fridge pick-up is behind the building (follow signs!)
You're Unloaded, Now What?
Please move your car as soon as it is unloaded so the next student and their family can unload in this area. (check out the move-in map)
Gage residents and guests: Please move your vehicle to Lot 1 or if space is not available in Lot 1, exit at the South end of Lot 1 and return to Lot 21/22.
Vehicles that take up more than one parking stall: These vehicles must be moved to Lot 21 or 22. They cannot be parked in Lot 1.
The Ellis/Stadium Road entrance/exit opens at 4 PM.
Shuttles
Shuttles run from 10 AM until 7 PM.
The Gage shuttle picks up and drop off from the west curb next to Gage A Tower and Lot 20.
New Student and Family BBQ
Stop by the CSU from 4-6 PM for dinner. This is a "meal plan" dinner for students and is free for parents. No tickets needed.
To Avoid Ticketing and Towing
Do not park in barricaded areas, handicap stalls, areas blocked with cones, yellow spaces, gold lots/ spaces, or facility stalls.
