Live With Your Friends On-Campus for 2013-2014

When you sign up online, you may hold the space in your room for another current student who has not yet signed up. A requested roommate space can be held through May 20. After May 20, the hold will be released and another student will be assigned to the room.

If you are interested in signing up for a semi-suite or apartment with two or more other students, your group should try to all sign up at the same time. Please contact the Department of Residential Life to place holds on the spaces if not all students will apply for the room at the same time.

Spring semester is a time to start seriously thinking about housing for next year.  There are many residence community options available including Stadium Heights residence community apartments, singles, and semi-suites.  Visit the Residential Life website to learn more about these options.  Current students have priority over new students and may request rooms in any residence community through March 31, 2013.

RHA Election

RHA elections took place on Monday, February 11.  The new RHA President is Na Chum and Emily Peterson was elected as the new Technology and Design Chair.  Congratulations!

T.J. Sullivan Speaks on "Motivating the Middle" - Sponsored by RHA

Founder of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity and acclaimed speaker, T.J. Sullivan, will speak on campus at 7:30 p.m., February 26 in the Centennial Student Union Ballroom.  This free motivational speech focuses on the different levels of engagement in all types of organizations.  Sullivan advocates for students and managers to stop focusing on the bottom third members, those who check out or cause problems, and start focusing on the "middle third members" who hate drama, care for your organization, and prefer to play a supporting role.

Sponsored by the IMPACT Programming Board, Greek Life, Residence Hall Association, and Registered Student Organizations, this event is free and open to the students and the public.
