Minnesota State University, Mankato has a strong commitment to the development of students, the promotion of civility, and the expectation that students respect the rights, property, and safety of others. Our Residential Life program supports and encourages the development of healthy floor and building environments that compliment our university's commitment. Living in a residential community requires the cooperation and understanding of every individual for successful group living.
Our policies and procedures have been developed by students, staff, and state legislators and apply to all of our residence communities. Each student receives a hard copy of the Residential Life Student Guide when they move in and are expected to know the information contained within it.
