Residence community room and board rates have not yet been determined. We routinely consult with students about residence community rates for the following year later in the fall. For your reference, we have provided estimates to help with your planning.
The following rates are based on the current Maverick AnyTime meal plan - our most popular plan. Estimated rates for other meal plans and room types are available by contacting the Residential Life Office.
Projected rates for each room type (except Apartments) include the current Maverick AnyTime meal plan as an EXAMPLE. Apartment rates include the Maverick Flex plan. The 2012-2013 Maverick AnyTime meal plan includes unlimited meals per week and 65 Flex Dollars each semester.
All students living on campus pay the room rate corresponding to their assigned room type AND the board rate for the meal plan they choose. In this example they have been combined for you.
The examples given here are projections based on the rates from academic year 2012-2013.
