This program is offered at no cost to MSU departments and Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs). Each participating department or RSO is responsible for creating, printing, and delivering their table tent to the Residential Life Office by the established deadline. Residential Life Staff will post the table tents during the requested reservation period in the University Dining Center and Chet’s Place.
We do not run table tents during final exams, Winter Break, Spring Break, or summer session. A typical table tent reservation period is one week, however there are two exceptions during the Fall Semester (noted below on the form) when table tents will stay up for a two-week period.
Use the form below to request table tent space for the 2017-2018 academic year. The reservation schedule is created on a first-come, first-served basis. After you submit your form, you will receive a confirmation email with the dates you requested. Within two business days, Residential Life Staff will email you to let you know if your request was approved or denied. For questions regarding the table tent program, please contact Nicole Faust.
