Population in poverty, all ages, 2005

Between Census years, the Census Bureau estimates the poverty rates for counties, the percentage of households that fall below poverty guidelines. The poverty rate for Minnesota in 2005 was estimated at 9.2%, compared to 13.3% for the United States.
