Monitoring Off-Campus Locations

- All Minnesota State Mankato recognized student organizations that are off-campus will be under the jurisdiction of the Mankato Department of Public Safety. Just because a facility or organization is located off-campus (i.e. a fraternity house) does not mean that activity at that location is not monitored. Such activity is monitored by the Mankato Department of Public Safety which shares information with Minnesota State Mankato Security. Complaints against recognized student organizations are subject to investigation and discipline by the Minnesota State Student Association.
- Minnesota State Mankato includes crime statistics in its annual report that occur at student organization properties and at University owned or controlled facilities located off campus.
