Welcome to the University Scheduling and Conference Services web site.  We hope that you will find it helpful.  The University Scheduling and Conference Services office is responsible for scheduling events for all facilities on campus.  Please contact us for any event need you may have.

The Centennial Student Union houses a variety of conference facilities.   It is a direct 90 minute drive from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport and the famous Mall of America.

Meeting or Conference Parking

• We encourage events to begin on the half hour whenever possible to avoid the parking grid lock that can occur when students are arriving and leaving campus for their classes.

• It is the responsibility of the sponsoring individual or department to identify parking needs when reserving a space through University Scheduling & Conference Services.

Guest/Visitor’s Parking

• Guests of the University should use Paylot lot 4, meters, or Lot 21’s paybox. Temporary brown permits may be obtained for other lots through the Campus Hub or Parking & Traffic Services at a cost of $5/day or $15/week per permit.
