Food and beverages served on campus for meetings and events must be obtained from University Dining Services. Contact University Dining Services, at least two weeks before a meeting or event, to place a food and beverage order; this will allow sufficient time to order food and schedule staff.
Shoestring Catering is a low-cost, no frills catering available to recognized student groups. To find out more information, stop by the catering office in CSU 219.

Student Food Development Application
An approved permit is required by any student group that intends to prepare and distribute their own food with University Dining Services' guidance and direction in a commerical kitchen. When a permit is approved, students will learn from professionals safe methods of food preparation and food handling.
