RSO Priority Reservation Form

Priority reservation requests are approved on a semester basis. Requests will be accepted four weeks prior to the beginning of the semester. This is not a reservation confirmation. Reservations will be made in the room most appropriate for the number of people attending the meeting. There may be dates where there are no rooms available. If there are no rooms in the Centennial Student Union - an academic room may be an option.

Centennial Student Union is not open on the following: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day Weekend (Saturday-Monday), Thanksgiving weekend (Thursday-Sunday), Winter Holiday Break

There are no classes on: MLJ, Jr. Day, Spring Break Week, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving. See detailed academic calendars
