We encourage events to begin on the half hour whenever possible to avoid the parking grid lock that can occur when students are arriving and leaving campus for their classes.
It is the responsibility of the sponsoring individual or department to identify parking needs when reserving a space through University Event and Meeting Services.
Guests of the University should use Paylot lot 4, meters, or Lot 21’s paybox. Temporary brown permits may be obtained for other lots through the Campus Hub or Parking & Traffic Services at a cost of $5/day or $15/week per permit.
Perforated All Day Special Event Paylot Passes (where participant can leave and return to paylot during the day) at $6.00/Day for revenue generating events where participant gets charged by sponsoring department (i.e. seminars, workshops, conferences).
