Parking and Transportation Requests
Parking and transportation requests for meetings and events are managed through University Scheduling and Conference Services.
Pay Lot 4 Parking Passes
Recognized Student Organizations, University Departments, and the General Public may obtain Pay Lot 4 parking passes from University Scheduling and Conference Services to distribute to meeting and event participants. The cost is $6.00 per-pass per-day.
Individual Parking for Meeting and Event Participants
Meeting and event participants may park in Pay Lot 4, metered parking, or Parking Lot 21 (pay box use required). Meeting and event participants may also obtain “temporary brown parking permits” to park in other designated parking lots. The cost is $5 per-permit per-day or $15 per-permit per-week. Temporary brown parking permits are obtained from the
Campus Hub or University Parking and Transportation Services.
Loading Dock Deliveries
Loading docks are located throughout campus. Accessibility is scheduled and determined on an event basis. Contact University Scheduling and Conference Services to schedule loading dock accessibility.
