Benefits of Partnership
Supporters of this event will gain exposure within the Mankato community as well as the Minnesota State University campus including, students, faculty, staff, alumni, and supporters. This event represents a great opportunity for supporters to work with students in building a scholarship foundation for MSU students encouraging academic excellence, community involvement and promoting a long-lasting partnership between MSU and the local community.
Partnership Levels:
Maverick ($1,500): The Maverick sponsorship will provide your organization maximum exposure as well as association with a scholarship oriented organization. In addition your organization will receive:
Video promotions with sound on the MSU Sport Management Television for one school year with unlimited changes to content. One 10 second advertisement every 5 minutes, OR one 30 second advertisement every 15 minutes, or a combination of both. ($1000 value)
Two Mavpacks (8 tickets each, 16 tickets total) valid at any MSU Maverick sporting event excluding hockey. ($200 value)
A set of four tickets to a Minnesota Timberwolves basketball game. ($200 value)
Radio advertisements associating business/organization with MSU Scholarship BBQ
Opportunity available to first six sponsors to include coupon on MSU Scholarship BBQ ticket (Optional)
Option to provide additional funding to present scholarship in business/organization name
Business/Organization logo included on all print and advertising material
Maverick sponsors will be recognized in person in front of attendees of the MSU Scholarship BBQ
Business/Organizations logo in primary location on MSU Scholarship BBQ T-shirts
Business/Organization logo on large banner to be hung on MSU campus for one year

Gold ($1000): A gold sponsorship provides advertising exposure and links your organization to the support of academic excellence. With this sponsorship an organization will receive:
Business/Organization will be promoted for one month on the MSU Sport Management Television located in highest traffic area on campus. One 10 second advertisement every 5 minutes OR one 30 second advertisement every 15 minutes ($500 value)
Business/Organization logo will be included on all MSU Scholarship BBQ advertisements including all print materials and tickets
Set of two tickets to a Minnesota Timberwolves basketball game ($100 value)
Gold sponsors will be recognized at the MSU Scholarship BBQ on posters and PA announcement
One Mavpack (8 tickets total) to be used at any MSU Maverick sporting event excluding hockey ($130 value)
Business/Organization logo in secondary location on MSU Scholarship BBQ T-shirts
Business/Organization logo on large banner hung on MSU campus for one year

Purple ($750): The purple sponsorship will help greatly contribute to the scholarship fund. With this sponsorship an organization will receive:
Businesss/Organizations name and link on the Scholarship BBQ website under Purple Sponsors tab
One Mavpack (8 tickets total) to be used at any MSU Maverick Sporting event with the exception of hockey ($70 value)
Supplemental name/logo on the back of the MSU Scholarship BBQ T-shirts
